Products are made with precision. Brute force may lead to a damage or fall of parts. 

Any breakage during play will not be available for returns / replacement. All cases will be reviewed case by case.

We inspect all items before they are packed and shipped and will not ship out any damage items from our warehouse. 

Should any items arrive with defects, please retain all packing materials and products for further arrangement.


 

After sales service is open for application within 7 days after receiving the products.

If you would like to apply for returns / replacement, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log in and look for the item(s) from the corresponding order in Order History
     
  2. There is a logo in red next to the item. You will be redirecting to the page with basic info auto-filled by pressing that report issue button.
     
  3. Please write the details of defects (e.g. the left forearm of soldier) and submit
     
  4. Take a few PHOTOS of defected parts and circle it on photos then send to afs@lockertoys.com as a reference for replacement
     
  5. We may contact you via email for more details or you may check the original order status; "After Sales Process" will be shown once we accepted your application
     
  6.  Please email / InBox us when you make a new order and we will ship the replacement with it.
     
  7. If you don't have upcoming order, it will take 14-21 days to process and ship it alone to you.
