Terms and Conditions

All customer must read the following terms before using our service ( or buying product) :

1. Locker Toys has right to change the production information and offer in the website before the contract made.

   1a) Any order in the website will be viewed as incomplete contract until the confirmation that was drew by Locker Toys.

         e.g "Preorder is confirmed" in order status

   1b) It is the incomplete contract also, although the payment is completed, no confirmation drawn by us

2. All products and services cannot be refunded if there is no any mistake of both party (Locker Toys and Customer)

    The estimated release date (on product page) is provided by the producer, sometime items will be delay more then 3 months.

    Buyer may accept delay caused by producer. However, we accept refund if delay over 12 months. 

3.The property right will be transferred to buyer after delivery to destination country. Buyer must bear the postal-risk

4. When the item is released and arrived to our warehouse, we will send them to customers.

    If there is any address changing please inform us immediately by email: cs@lockertoys.com 

5. Customer can apply the After Sales Service within 7 days when product is received, but not for improper use.

6. Locker Toys reserves the rights for final decision

All customer must agree the above terms and conditions or the terms in the invoice or in the production information.
