Sometimes you may receive email from carrier (E.g DHL / Fedex) mentioning about the parcel situation such as taxation or delay issue.

If it is confused you, we suggest you can varify the email by followings:

1. Please login to your Lockertoys account and click into your order to find the tracking number (Please keep it secret).


2. Visit to the carrier website such as DHL website ( and use the tracking number to see more shipment details 

3. Contact with the carrier for the further action.

4. If there is any difficulties of getting the parcel, please contat our customer services.
