After Sales Services

We inspect all items before they are packed and shipped and will not ship out any damage items from our warehouse. Should any items arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product to arrange replacement.


Exchange is allowed within 7 days after product received.


If you want to apply After Sales Services please follow the steps:


1) Finding the particular order in Order History

2) Finding the particular items you want to report

3) To press report issue button then redirect to the page (Basic info is auto filled) and submit

4) Then our staff will contact you for more details (e.g left / right mirror issue)

5) Also you can check the After Sales status independently in member centre
